1. Acceptance of Returns:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive products that significantly differ from what you approved and paid for, contact your sales representative immediately. We’ll arrange cost-effective returns and redelivery.
  • Defective or Faulty Products: Defective items will be replaced or refunded.
  • Delivery Damage: If products are damaged during courier delivery, we’ll claim on your behalf from the third-party courier company.
  • Under-Supply: If the number of units supplied is below your order quantity, notify us within two weeks of product arrival for replacement or refund.

2. Non-Acceptance of Returns:

  • Late Delivery: While we make every effort to dispatch promptly, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather) may cause delays. We cannot refund late or delayed deliveries.
  • Change of Mind: Custom branding processes are irreversible once production begins. No returns or refunds for change of mind. Examine artwork proofs carefully before approval.
  • Improper Use: Intentional or unintentional damage due to improper use is not eligible for returns. Consult with your Account Manager before ordering to ensure product suitability.
